ADULT MISSION TRIP - SPRING 2026
During the week of May 17 - May 22 volunteers from Ottawa joined on a mission of rebuilding and restoration in Greenfield, IA. This was our 3rd trip to the Greenfield area as part of a larger group from Northern Illinois. 33 participants in multiple teams tackled projects at seven sites with work ranging from exterior paint and stain to building a ramp for handicapped access to replacing doors, installing kitchen cabinets, and much more. Most of all, our presence continues the work of recovery and restoration and reminds the community that they are not forgotten.
The "Restoring Hope Missions of Northern Illinois" will likely schedule another Adult Mission Trip in the fall of 2026. We'll publish dates and location as soon as they are announced.
